How to report here

Want your report handled quickly? Make sure it includes the following:


- Realm name
This is especially important if you’re reporting an abusive build or sign.


- Screenshots
Screenshots are required for:

• Abusive or inappropriate builds
• Inappropriate language in signs, player names, castle names, or anywhere text shows up in-game

- In-game /time visible
All screenshots must show the in-game /time so we can verify when it happened.


- In-game /owner visible
All screenshots must show the in-game /owner.

Where to Post​

• Reports must be posted only in Report thread (link below)
• Reports posted elsewhere may be removed or ignored

Missing info or other concerns?​

If you’re missing screenshots, the required info, or have other concerns, please open a ticket to official Support instead:

What Not to Use This For​

Please don’t use reports for:

• Appealing punishments or moderator actions
• General complaints or feedback
• Suggestions or balance discussions
• Ongoing conversations with Support or developers
• We cannot investigate scams - those need to be reported to support
• Flagged realms and accounts can only be handled by support
• Account and password issues can only be handled by support

Those should go through the Support instead.
Moderators will not act as a middle-man between players and developers.

Visibility & Privacy​

• Your report post is invisible to other players
• Only you and the moderators can see your report
