i would say you should be able to refund a realm, and then get everything in it transferred directly to your inv. This way somebody can not only cash out on a empty realm they literally never used (prob once for a pack opening or some obscure reason) and not only get their cubits back, but be able to scout through their items just incase they threw something valuble out without realizing it

I would also add to it... make it to where the player can't sell their starter realm, and only refund for other realms or rooms THEY own. Make it to where you can't refund someone else's realm and also have a certain percentage off of the price you bought it for.
