How do you solve the VPN issue

I have been experiencing the VPN issue this morning and have been locked out of my account twice. I am not using a VPN, I tried turning off my wifi and turning it on again and even restarted the router but the issue is still there. Please let me know how to solve this and try and keep this thread open in case others in the future end up with this issue as well.

You can restart your router and try logging in. Or you can turn on airplane mode for few seconds and then turn off and try again. If none of these methods work then all you can do is Contact support at https://cubiccastles.com/contact.html

It's due to the anti-VPN system they have in place. It's still faulty. I was trying to get into my account on a phone with my normal wifi and it said I was using a VPN even after I tried everything. 5 weeks later it started working again. This is one of the reasons why I don't play mobile anymore and only play web.

I tried mobile, controls are a bit weird in my opinion

they made a vpn system a while back (because unlike other games they dont want people who are banned just making another account) but like anything since its created by a human it has its problems. sometimes if you are on a computer it has personal proxy settings which might make one accidentally so its good to check that but yeah just restart and hope for the best
