Has it to do with shrink bumper?

Posb I've been trying to figure it out I did it once without the shrink bumper with just glitching my character out of the boundaries with relogging while my wand was positioned right. Again not with the shrink bumper or shrink wand. just a normal harm wand.

its just a variation of the rent block glitch
