You can create upto 32 code blocks, but can't see past the 12th because there is no vertical scroll.

Though there is a way to obtain a vertical scroll.
If you press new, and ignore the text bubble (or not) you will get the vertical scroll and will have access up to 40 code blocks.
watch out if you reach all 40, you won't be able to create new ones, and won't be able to have the vertical scroll.
