chickenlips told me that selling cc art could combat with copyright infringement and the comissions using cubits for drawings are 3rd party trade, can you believe this??

If you sell them for real money there can be legal issues but it depends on each game's policy (default is that it's illegal). Some games like Genshin Impact let you sell fan art for real money. But for in-game cubits, pretty sure it's not an issue since it has always been a thing+ I've personally completed and posted a bunch of commissions for cubits via a public thread on the old forums. If it was an issue I am sure they would have taken it down and issued a statement
