so players that own rentals could save the rental blocks, instead of breaking them and placing new ones?

that, and just the fact not everybody needs the full hour. People might be like (well just buy another plot) but the thing is there is a 2 plot limit so if your trying to get a plot giveaway or something like that and you already have 2 plots, your out of luck.

maybe like have some sort of cubit decay that over time, if u try to refund it would less and less refunded
