Christmas Art Contest 
Time to get festive... and creative!Create a Christmas themed Cubic Castles fan art! It can be anything as long as it is christmas and cubic castles themed. This means you can also draw items and outfits that you come up with. Note the keyword "create"--this means absolutely NO generative AI is allowed! We want to see what YOU create. Stick around, because there is also a bonus social media participation prize.

Winning criteria
All art levels are welcome! Beginners, please enter!! Winners will be assessed on: creativity, adherence to the theme, composition, effort, and ofc appearance. Please understand that art is subjective and there is no objective "best" art, but I will adhere to this "rubric" to the best of my abilities.
Participation + Bonus Participation Prize
Official submission: Submit your artwork under this thread, including your full Qbee name.Bonus social media participation prize: To encourage CC social media activity, if you also post your artwork either on Instagram, Twitter, and/or TikTok with 1) both hashtags #cubiccastles and #cubiccastlesfanart and 2) tag the official Cubic Castles account (except TikTok), you get 1000c! You must include the link to your social media post(s) in your post under the thread, too.
- The official cubic castles official accounts: Official CC insta account and official CC Twitter. If you are posting to TikTok, no need to tag the official account, because there isn't one.

Note: If you are submitting multiple entries, you get 1000c per distinct post (e.g. if you post entry1 on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, you only get 1000c, not 3000c because the post is the same across all platforms. If you post entry2 on Instagram, you get 2000c). Do not lump your entries in one post, you will only get 1000c. Separate your entries on separate posts to get as much c as possible!- Maximum 3000 bonus c per contestant (a team counts as one contestant)
Rules
- All parts of the artwork must be created by you (and your partner(s), if you have any)- Nothing inappropriate/gory.
- If you are collaborating with another Qbee, all artists of the artwork must be clearly stated. Should your team win, the prize will be split EQUALLY amongst the team members. Your team is responsible for ensuring equal work distributed.
- Any artwork assisted by generative AI is automatically disqualified. You will make me very sad, and yourself very sad because you can do better than that.
- Any artwork that uses stolen artwork/photos will be automatically disqualified. You will make me very sad, and yourself very sad because you can do better than that.
- All artworks must be submitted under this thread before the deadline.
- All optional social media posts, including the link to the post, must be submitted before the deadline to be eligible for the 1000c prize.
- All participants must be able to provide the raw file of their artwork should the need arise. This is for verification purposes only.
FAQ
- Q: What mediums are accepted?- A: The artwork can be digital or traditional. It doesn't matter what medium, could be a 2D drawing, comic, 3D model, a craft, etc.
just no AI.- Q: Can I do a graphic design instead?
- A: You can do a graphic design if you are using pictures that belong to you, or pictures you have permission to use.
- Q: Can I submit multiple entries?
- A: Yes, you can submit multiple entries.
- Q: Are there any dimension requirements?
- A: No, although if your art is 1 pixel, we might have a problem!
