Regular Connection Problems

So ever since about Christmas 2025, launching the game has become very Difficult. Somehow i regular take up to 10 Attempts to get into the Game.
Did something change for the worse?
I can´t be the only one having this problem.
And it seems that reconnecting between Realms is now a Problem as well.

this has come up for me a couple timea through out the years, it most likely has to do with your device, and maybe available storage. try restarting your device or resetting cookies on the website if you use it

if you use the app, delete it and redownload it. if your using the website clear your cache for cubic castles, restart your phone or computer (for phone just press off on it) and then try again. hopefully this helps!

The servers just shut down I was restocking my shop and getting the cubits when it went down I had no idea it was going down :'( and I lost 6k worth of items in pens today too.

report this to mabz, since its not a player made decision and instead its out of your control, he should help you within 24 hours hopefully, many other people will be contacting him so it might take 2-3 days. and im pretty sure he doesnt respond to emails on the weekend.
